Shipping​ Policy

At present we are accepting orders with CASH ON DELIVERY. We will ask first JRS how much will be the rate for your orders then you will send us first the payment plus the shipping fee. Then we will send your order/s door to door thru JRS.

Refund​ Policy

We don't allow REFUND for the reason the buyer/customer is not satisfied with products based on his/her observation/opinion especially on beauty products, food supplements or accessories like reading glass, electronics, appliances unless it is broken or damaged in handling by the assigned courier. Electronics items will always be tested by us to assure that the Reseller or customer received the items in good condition.

Warranty Policy

We have One (1) day Warranty of Cellphone, Cellphone Accessories, Electronics, Appliances, watches, eyeglasses, sunglasses, and other items if they are broken or damaged when it was handed to the Reseller or Customer. If you received your item and it was unsealed it's because we check first if they are in good condition and working. But if the item was broken or damaged by the courier. Please take a picture of the item and make an Acknowledgement Note stated that it was broken/damaged when you received it and make the handler acknowledged it by signing the Note. We will replace when you send us back the item. We will make the courier be responsible for the damaged item.
